Co-author of the International Canoe Federation Level 1 Coach Manual and many articles on canoe and kayak technique. Sea kayaker 1989 to present, Instructor 1990 to present. Masters candidate in exercise science with a focus on biomechanics at Western Washington University. Thesis: Biomechanical aspects of the kayak forward stroke.
